Smoothie Session with Heather Wilson Phillips AKA @heatherfierceandfit

I cannot tell you how many requests I get for skin, hair and fitness tips. Flattering, absolutely, but I have to say it all boils down to one phrase: you are what you eat. I’ve always believed “Garbage in, garbage out” covers all areas of life. What you put into your mind, your social circle and your body will absolutely have an impact on what you present. Surround yourself with negative, angry individuals, and it wont be long before you yourself start giving off a negative, angry vibe. Watch or read dark content and you may find your spare thoughts gravitating to anything but sweet daydreams. Any clinical psychologist will tell you what the world may deem entertainment is in fact visual product designed to stir up our most menacing, deviant side of human nature. Fill your fridge and cupboards with processed foods and you are guaranteed to cause chemical reactions you hadn’t anticipated within your body.   All this is to say, beauty comes from within. If you want smoother skin, shinier, thicker hair and a spare tire-free waistline, you need to approach it from a cellular level.
